Can I apply for a CreditShop loan?

You can apply for a CreditShop loan if you have been pre-approved and received an offer/reservation code from us. You may also apply if you have been directed to CreditShop from one of our pre-qualification partners. Currently, CreditShop does not accept loan applications without a reservation code. Please keep checking back as we plan to make loans available for everyone in the future.

Am I approved for a CreditShop loan?

You can check your approval status by visiting CreditShop customer portal and signing in. If you are approved, log back into the application (using your email and password) to accept your loan.

I lost my reservation code

If you lost your reservation code, go to website listed in your offer and chose "I Don’t Have a Reservation Code" located in the upper right hand side of the screen. Complete the information and you will be directed to the application. Keep in mind our reservation codes do expire.

I have problem accessing my application. System indicates that there’s already an existing application

When you receive this message, it means that you have already started your application. Review the application carefully to determine what areas need to be completed. If you need additional assistance, contact Customer Service at 800-317-9240.
