Jim is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of CreditShop. He is an industry leader in consumer finance, with deep experience in credit cards and a strong track record of meeting the needs of customers.
Before joining CreditShop from TD Bank (US), Jim was Head of Consumer Product, responsible for the performance of TD's retail product portfolio, product innovation, and delivery, as well as TD's card business. He gained significant domestic and international experience in credit card and consumer lending during his ten-year career at JPMorgan Chase. Earlier in his career, he worked in consumer marketing at Johnson & Johnson and Proctor & Gamble. Mr. Peterson proudly served in the United States Army for five years and graduated from United States Military Academy at West Point and Carnegie Mellon University.
Steve is the Chief Financial Officer of CreditShop. Steve has over 30 years of experience in financial services. As CFO, he has responsibility for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, and tax.
Prior to joining CreditShop, Steve was Chief Operating Officer for Barclays US. Throughout his 17-year tenure at Barclays he held various roles including leading the strategy, finance, treasury and retail deposit areas. He was also instrumental in helping build Juniper Financial. His resume includes MBNA, Sears and Ernst and Young.
He has a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Delaware, and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Srini Gumbula is the Chief Architect and Chief Technology Officer of CreditShop. Srini has over 20 years of experience in the financial, telecommunications and CRM industries. As CTO, Srini is responsible for CreditShop's technology stack and IT infrastructure planning, strategy and execution.
Prior to joining CreditShop, Srini was Director of Engineering at Noble Systems. Before Noble, Srini was Head of Engineering at ALI Solutions & Austin Logistics.
Srini holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mathematics from IIT Kharagpur.
Jerry is the Corporate Treasurer of CreditShop. He has over 30 years of experience in consumer financial services primarily focused on the securitization of credit card, auto, student loan and installment loans, capital and liquidity management. Jerry is responsible for corporate liquidity, investments and balance sheet strategies.
Before CreditShop, Jerry was the Head of Capital Markets for Petal Card, Senior Director at EBay, Inc., SVP, Capital Markets at The First Marblehead Corporation, Managing VP at Capital One Financial Corporation, and Senior VP at MBNA America Bank.
Jerry holds a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Delaware.
Phil is the Chief Risk Officer at CreditShop. Phil is accountable for identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting of all Risk Management and Compliance activities throughout the Company, including operational risk, enterprise risk and oversight of credit risk. Phil has over 20 years experience in risk management developing analytically derived strategies across the entire credit lifecycle, managing credit card, unsecured and secured portfolios and building governance, risk infrastructure and risk teams. He has held leadership roles across GE Capital, HSBC and Santander in the US as well as Brazil.
Phil holds an MBA from the University of Rochester, and his BS in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
Kathleen is Head of Customer Operations at CreditShop. She leads the team that is responsible for Customer Service, Collections and Recovery, Quality Control & Training, and Project Management.
Before CreditShop, Kathleen was Head of Compliance at Barclays US where she worked for 11 years, overseeing compliance matters for credit card, deposit and installment loan products. Prior to Barclays, she was in compliance roles at First USA, Bank One, Chase and Juniper Bank.
Kathleen is a board member at Clarifi, a Philadelphia based counseling service.
Kathleen attended Columbia International University and West Chester University.
Scott Logeman is the Chief Human Resources Officer of CreditShop. Prior to CreditShop, he led the HR efforts at iHeartMedia where he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Scott has over 20 years of proven experience in leading fast-paced organizations undergoing change and strong growth like CreditShop. Scott has a diverse background having started his career with Accenture and then Frito-Lay. He continued his career working in various leadership roles in human resources with companies in the telecom, energy, and media industries.
Scott has his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dan is General Counsel of CreditShop. He has almost 20 years of experience providing legal advice and assistance to financial services companies. As General Counsel, Dan is responsible for managing all legal affairs for CreditShop.
Prior to joining CreditShop, Dan was Vice President at Dell Technologies, where he managed the legal team that supported Dell's global customer lending activities. Before Dell, Dan spent five years at GE Capital, and before that was General Counsel for a start-up commercial lending company.
Dan holds a B.A. from The University of Notre Dame, and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America.
Arjun is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at CreditShop. As the CISO, he provides strategy and vision for all information security related initiatives ensuring the integrity, availability and confidentiality of Customer and Corporate information, infrastructure, and services.
Arjun has over 15 years of experience in information security and risk management, and has built effective security programs at several financial services companies. He has held leadership roles at Worldpay, YapStone, Home Depot and Dell SecureWorks.
Arjun holds a BS in Computer Information Systems, and a MBA in International Business from Saginaw Valley State University.
Jason Tinurelli is the Head of Digital at CreditShop. In his role, Jason is responsible for the company's digital presence, experience, and marketing.
Jason has over 20-year's experience in Digital Marketing, Experience and Payments, most recently as SVP Digital for U.S. Bank where he was responsible for Digital Marketing, and Mobile Payments. Jason has experience in general purpose, co-branded and retail credit cards as well as online retail banking at MBNA, GE Money and HSBC.
Jason has his B.A. from the College of Charleston.
Matt is Head of Business Development at CreditShop. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services. In this role, Matt is responsible for directing all business development activities and for building long-term, impactful relationships with key partners to create valuable affinity and co-brand programs across all products.
Prior to CreditShop, he was the Senior Managing Director of Analytics at OneMain Financial supporting operations, marketing, digital, risk, development and capital markets. Matt was an executive team member of the Springleaf team during their IPO and subsequent acquisition of OneMain.
Before OneMain, Matt held senior risk roles at Sallie Mae, Bank of America and MBNA.
Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Notre Dame.
Warren is Chief Marketing Officer of CreditShop. He has 35 years of experience in consumer financial services, lending and credit cards. As CMO, Warren leads the company's marketing efforts including branding, direct mail, digital, and media relations.
Prior to joining CreditShop in 2015, Warren was head of Visa Advisory Services, where he led Visa's client advisory functions. His career also includes two credit card start-ups at Household and Atlantic Financial; and two card turn arounds at Fleet (Advanta) and Providian.
Warren holds a B.S. in Business from Illinois State University, and an M.S. in Management from Purdue University.
